Sigi had a better explanation on his list. It's complex, but very cool. There were a couple other lines using Twister as well. I think it's about Memory's Journey after Bomberman, then Flash of Insight grabbing Twister, then using the infinite mana to draw the deck, Swan Song a spell, then repeat.

Yup, if you have enough mana to start Bomberman, then you can just Memory's Journey for Twister, draw with Thrasios, and start your loops since you can always draw your entire deck with Thrasios each time you cast Twister.

artichoker: I figured it out. Dread return for Angel. Reanimate salvagers and Ewitness ewitness grabs noxious revival which topdecks memorys journey for 2 life. Then bomberman for 1W and draw into journey. After we have sufficient swans we can then loop cabal therapy to enpty opponents hands and properly secure the win.
With that being said. Here are the swaps I am trying out
-GSZ, Flash of Insight, Stifle
+Cradle, C-rift, Delay/enlightened tutor

Good calls with the swaps. Im probably going to do Summoners for GSZ, Witness for FoI, and Delay for Stifle.

Lilbrudder: Ah yes, Noxious Revival will do it! As for the loop, you can Swan Song and Cabal Therapy as mentioned, and to be triply sure of securing a win, you can clear their board with Chain of Vapor (and then Cabal Therapy those as well), and if you really want to, gain infinite life with Nature's Claim and an artifact.
As for Flash of Insight, I still kind of like it because even being able to recur Pact once you've milled your library has come in handy several times. I did actually cut Stifle for Delay already and I've been liking it a lot.
I'm also currently considering Enlightened Tutor and Cyclonic Rift in place of Witness and Winds of Rebuke.
Alexdagreat: Summoner's Pact seems interesting, even though it can only really get Hulk. Let me know how it performs!

Summoner's plus Enlightened has been working really well thus far, as I'm feeling like the deck has 'shrunk' in a sense with my combo pieces, and getting some fast mana with Crypt and Sol Ring doesn't hurt either. I took out Witness and Stifle for Delay and Cyclonic, and it's been great so far.

Artichoker Glad to hear it brother, but tbh I am more focused on simply getting there instead of worrying about protection lines. Played one gsme on the deck tonight and before I could even play my turn two protected druid null rod, cursed totem and sphere of resistance was already in play :-( Given how few lines actually rely on flash of insight Ill take the occassional game on the chin. Alex I do like enlightned and I am happy to see it doing work for you

Ouch, thats an unfortunate situation to be in. So far my changes have been working well, but Im always up for changes if that means more optimization.

Speaking of, what are you guys thoughts on Tainted Pact now? It might help getting under those type of Stax locks.

Hey guys. just thought I'd chime in... I've been playing this list myself for a while now and would love to be part of any active discussion and optimisation. Here's my list:
https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/dan-brownweaver/
I'm still running flash of insight and stifle as they have legitimately saved my bacon, however, there have been many other times where I didn't have the mana to use them. Have there been any games since you removed them where you would have pushed through if they were still in the list? I live in fear of Faerie Macabre. Also, regarding Timetwister, since we already have a Memory's Journey loop (if you're running Eternal Witness, which I think we should) do we need it?

Ill check your list when I get home for sure. Timetwister has saved me as a reset button when I have a bad hand and as the game goes longer and I need some more gas. I think all the changes are pretty much meta-dependent, but Im cetainly to any feedback and such.

Okay, so the addition of Survival, Witness, and Deluge was awesome. Right now, it seems the only real deviation between peoples lists is Twister. However, Im with Lilbrudder in that Flash of Insight and Stifle are a bit too narrow. Cradle has also been quite solid.

Hey, I've been debating putting Tainted Pact in the list for a graveyard-free win. What are you guys' thoughts?

That seems like a good swap. I might try Enlightened Tutor again as well.

I had it in my list originally and cut it after never having to use it. I could try it again, I'm seeing more graveyard hate.

Ive been seeing more hate in my meta in response to this deck, so Im feeling the need for a graveyard-free line.

So far Pact has been performing well. Enlightened was still too narrow. Any other changes you guys have made?

I was wondering if Demonic Consultation might be a better Tainted Pact, what do you think about it?
March 24, 2018 5:17 a.m.
Lilbrudder says... #22
Alexdagreat: Yeah Pact is a good card. If you mean by changes, jumping to a variant that doesn't have HD combo then sure tons of changes ;-()
IIITheJManIII: Consult is cheaper as a combo piece but it has no utility outside the combo. I think Pact is better tbh

Yeah druid has been unspeakably bad lately so I have been tinkering with a version that is like Razaktas but with Hulk and more countermagic. It is testing quite well and is doing better than this list on Trice. Overall the list just focuses on combos that are good right now.
Its super wierd. Its a reactive fast combo deck. We do most things at instant speed so we can either pick our spots or jam a turn 2 hulk or Jin.

Wow, that is an awesome list. Okay, Im going to try that one out. I was noticing that Hermit Druid was feeling dead as well recently.
artichoker says... #1
You can't though. If you do so, then you have to discard Memory's Journey to LED.
