I have been dying to try a cat deck that boldly features Ajani, Mentor of Heroes ultimate and either Felidar Sovereign or Test of Endurance as its main win-con. Built in support so I can attempt to raise my life by other means (lifelink) or just get into brute force, last stand mode.

Recommendations welcome. Stupid deck idea for a Tribal Tuesday challenge with friends.

This deck has experienced some great highs and great lows.

Great highs are being able to swing with huge trampling, lifelink-ing cats and watching my life count soar and my opponents dwindle. Funny thing is this deck has never gotten to the point where I could win by having a huge life total, my opponents life total was always done before I could have Ajani, Mentor of Heroes ultimate or even before I drew Felidar Sovereign or Test of Endurance.

Great lows were difficulties against token decks (mostly because of their abuse of Coat of Arms, Obelisk of Urd and Adaptive Automaton) and the vile Steely Resolve which has stopped my deck dead in its tracks. I will be adding 2 each of Seal of Primordium and Seal of Cleansing to remedy the situation as well as considering other additions to my sideboard. Behemoth Sledge has been underwhelming at best with Unflinching Courage and Basilisk Collar proving far more effective. Temur Sabertooth has a good body and I had initially put him in the deck to be able to bounce Qasali Ambusher back to my hand to abuse his flash ability but it didn't work as I would have liked and the space can be better used.
