So this deck is as close as I could get to make grixis delver...without Delver of Secrets  . So far the deck works pretty well I still have a lot of play testing to do and value opinions on making the deck better.

Some of the keys points to the deck:

There are 12 draw spells --

4x Anticipate - amazing card in this deck pretty awesome in standard. Gets you your land drops.

4x Tormenting Voice - This card is amazing in this deck! Normally this is a horrible card but in this deck gets a little delve ramp from the discarded card. You can choose to discard a creture card to get back later with Kolaghan's Command OR discard a second Tasigur, the Golden Fang to delve out for more mana. Because of this card its good to hold extra lands in your hand so you can discard them later.

2x Kolaghan's Command - Awesome card if you look at it as draw a card do 2 damage. Killing artifacts might come in handy but not often and the discard can be good in the right situation.

A little about the creatures:

4x Monastery Swiftspear - These guys are great in that they can attack on turn 1 and probably get a prowess trigger turn 2. They are still resiliant threats late game making them a great card for this deck.

3x Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  - Fantastic card

3x Tasigur, the Golden Fang - One of the best cards in the deck! I can usually cast this guy on turn 3 or 4 with some ease. He fuels delve if you go late game and he is just a hard to deal with threat.

2x Gurmag Angler - Its great to have a second Tasigur, the Golden Fang on the field and him not die from the lengendary rule.
