The entire point to the deck is to toolbox with artifacts and tutors to win with artifact combos with some esper control mixed in to protect yourself. there is a backdoor with tokens should the combo's fail the deck is not 100% finished and there is room for improvement. feel free to add your own touch on the deck. it is not meant to compete with CEDH. However i would call the deck "well tuned".

I will only be adding utility lands that matter as the rest of the land base is subject to what you have. I am running fetch and shock lands. but i do not find that they matter as much half the time as you should be looking to ramp via mana rocks. you will notice by the card count there isnt much room for many lands. but i hardly ever find myself out of plays to make due to lack of lands.

Myr Retriever/Scrap trawler/Aetherflux/Etherium Sculpter/Ashnod's Altar - sac the Myr's to Ashnold's, with the cost reducer you go positive with mana each time you cast Myr Retriever and with Aetherflux our you get the cast triggers as well. If you have Alela out as well you get fliers.
