After more play testing, I feel more general removal is going to be important. I am trying to avoid Hero's Downfall in favor of other less expensive options.
I am thinking maybe Malicious Affliction, Murderous Cut, and potentially Gild to get rid of indestructible creatures (like gods).
What do you guys think? There are other cards I want to add (see maybeboard) but I have no idea what I need to take out. Suggestions on the weak links would be great! thanks.

Sudden Spoiling great 3 drop that will blast hexproof and shroud away.

I do have a Sudden Spoiling, I just don't know what to take out for it.

Curse of the Bloody Tome has potential, but I feel it moves too slow to be of much help. That being said, the same could be said for Grindclock. I will think about it.
Thanks!

Mesmeric Orb and Dreamborn Muse are must-haves. You'd also enjoy Jace's Erasure. Circu, Dimir Lobotomist, while he's the commander of my own mill deck (at Ravnica Horror Story: Asylum), he doesn't really make for a good 1/99.
Also, you might want to consider running some kind of infinite mana combo with Oona in charge as a win con.
I'd recommend against Liliana Vess for being slow and an ineffective tutor (from experience). Also, Bitter Ordeal seems pretty, but remember that permanents come from the battlefield, not from the library. I'm happy that you don't have Leyline of the Void and Helm of Obedience. LeyVoid takes away any grave synergy, like with Consuming Aberration, Bloodchief Ascension, etc.

Orpheus124, I am considering Mesmeric Orb, I just feel I would need to have more "shuffle graveyard into library" abilities to protect myself. I like Jace's Erasure but I feel like it is pretty slow, but I will playtest it a bit.
I have been on the fence about Circu, Dimir Lobotomist but at least playtesting has shown him to be pretty useful. I will see what happens when I finally take this deck out to play (getting the last of the cards today). Liliana Vess is indeed slow, and since I commonly play against Nekusar, the Mindrazer decks, my planeswalkers tend to die during my upkeep (redirecting damage planeswalker) I have been considering alternatives.
I am considering putting in 1 infinite mana combo, but I am attempting to avoid those.
Good catch on the Bitter Ordeal didn't realize there was going to be a distinction between from library and from battlefield. Well out it will go. It will work nicely in my Prossh, Skyraider of Kher deck.
Thanks for the thoughts and suggestions!

A simple Elixir of Immortality usually does the trick for me, honestly. Even then, you could even run a reanimation subtheme. Stitch Together is pretty nuts due to threshold. If you can afford them, even getting an Eldrazi titan is worth considering, because you won't even be looking to play it, unless you NEED to do combat damage. I'd recommend Kozilek, Butcher of Truth over Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, but they're only there for the grave reset.
Really though, Mesmeric Orb is worth it. I was hesitant at first, but playing it is phenomenal.

I will at least pick up a copy of Mesmeric Orb and try it out. I bet it will synergize well with Dingus Egg. and I like that Stitch Together, I will definitely try to find a spot for it.

Triton Tactics with Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker or Phenax, God of Deception will be great to keep them alive or mill more.
for counters in EDH, I really like Arcane Denial, its a hard counter that only costs 1U which is nice, card draw is symmetrical so you get stuff too.
Looks like a solid fun deck to run, hope you have a good time with it.

I don't really see how Triton Tactics synergizes with Mirko Vosk besides if he needs to block. Obviously it plays with phenax's ability well, and it is something I was considering but decided that overall, it did not do enough for everything else in my deck.
my friend actually just played Arcane Denial against me not 20minutes ago (Nekusar deck). It is definitely of interest to me. I might supplement my counters with Glen Elendra Archmage as well.
Thanks for the suggestion. The deck needs a few kinks worked out with the mana base IMO but it is a lot of fun to play.

Dingus Egg needs lands to hit the graveyard from the battlefield.

Curiosity question: How have you liked Choice of Damnations? I have always been a HUGE fan of fun cards that aren't necessarily money drops or game changers. Choice of Damnations has always looked "fun to play". Sorry for the longer post, but have you enjoyed playing it?

Actually, I haven't had the chance yet. I just recently found this card and I have it ordered but not yet physically included into my deck. I will let you know. Overall, I think it will be fun.

I'd grab Extirpate, Surgical Extraction and Ravenous Trap because an eldrazi titan will ruin a mill deck's day in a heartbeat

alchemist4533 says... #22
Extirpate and Surgical Extraction I feel aren't worth the card slot in this deck, yes I can exile a single card from the graveyard but you really don't get enough bang for your buck. I would rather use Sadistic Sacrament and search their entire deck for cards to remove.
Besides, I am not sure those cards would work. The eldrazi would have to be die, and then enter the graveyard. Their shuffle ability would go on the stack. You then would play your Extirpate or Surgical Extraction to exile the Eldrazi Titan before the ability resolves. However, the ability would still be on the stack and resolve, shuffling the graveyard into the library. Am I mistaken?
I do really like Ravenous Trap it has a lot of utility and can be cast for zero. That one I will really consider.

alchemist4533 the eldrazi Titans trigger when they enter the graveyard from anywhere not just the battlefield, thus providing complete mill immunity unless you can exile it from the graveyard, at instant speed. You also should keep Extirpate at least as a sideboard card for necro-ooze, sharumn, hermit druid and mikaeus combos

alchemist4533 says... #24
That's why I many of my cards like Sadistic Sacrament exile the card rather than send them to the graveyard. I will keep Extirpate in mind for the sideboard though.
Thanks

The more I play with my version of this deck, the more I realize that people get extremely salty if you hit them early with Traumatize and then just leave half of their library sitting in their graveyard, or exiled or whatever.
It's a spell that you need to win with, and I'm trying to come up with more solutions to that. A fully charged Bloodchief Ascension is one that I've used several times with great success.
I don't really want to take it out because it can be so effective, but I'd rather keep my friends than have them not want to play because they know Traumatize is in there somewhere.
