Dimir Mill with Dimir Charm for some versatility; kill a Goblin Guide, counter a Lingering Souls or force your opponent onto high cost spells with no land

Hold off your opponent with Ensnaring Bridge while you mill with Breaking or Glimpse the Unthinkable or Archive Trap if they have fetched, can even force this through Ghost Quarter

Jace's Phantasm, Hedron Crab and Snapcaster Mage are your creatures. Jace's Phantasm is a great blocker and can even go on the attack sometimes. Hedron Crab + fetchlands is a very good combo to have and if you have Oboro, Palace in the Clouds you are guaranteed a land drop each turn. Snapcaster Mage is good for obvious reasons.
