My take on Jeskai Burn, and my Khans of Tarkir standard deck. Definitely a bit of a budget build. Basically get some creatures in play to keep your opponent's creatures under control.

Then play burn spells: Heat Ray, Magma Jet, Lightning Strike, and Jeskai Charm

And counter burn spells: Mindswipe, Deflecting Palm

If all else fails, you've got some strong creatures. A big Dragon with Vigilance that taps a creature each turn is a bit of a problem to handle. Sideboard can turn your deck into a control deck.
