Very competitive, but also fair Zur the Enchanter deck. It really depends how one pilots the deck, what the end goals of the game are. If they're just to have fun, cards like Season of the Witch or Standstill would be very fun interactions in commander. If very competitive is the route, this will more than do the job to win, and win fast, with beefy voltron cards like Ethereal Armor and Phyresis, as well as global lock functions like Rest in Peace and Web of Inertia . Paired with Greater Auramancy and Copy Enchantment, it's potentially very easy for a pilot to successfully win on turn 5 or 6.

And in a multiplayer commander game if someone really fucks up? Helm of Obedience and Rest in Peace = fun.
