Mono Blue Control for Amonkhet Standard (based on a Simply Better MTG build)

I'd love to make a mono blue deck work at my local store. I'm most likely going to be dropping the Dynavolt SB tech altogether as there is so much artifact removal floating around now (I'm also quite worried about Torrential Gearhulk as well; tapping out to play Gearhulk when your opponent has mana up for artifact removal or Unlicensed Disintegration isn't a good idea). I need to find a way to fit in As Foretold, and I think I might drop a couple of Glimmers for Pull from Tomorrow.

FNM Record

4/28 - 2-1 - 12 players

Report: Won against G/W Gideon midrange 2-0, and U/R Zoo Burn 2-1. Lost 0-2 to G/W Humans on the draw game 1 with a bad opening hand and then got flooded with Disperse, Jace, and Gearhulk in my hand most of the game. For super fast aggro, you really need to be able to counter everything on curve (Horribly Awry, Revolutionary Rebuff; Void Shatter or Disallow, Baral then keep up 2 for counters, then more counters, then Gearhulk). Baral actually stuck around for quite a bit in the few games I drew and played him, only dying once in the U/R match, and I actually ulted Jace in the G/W Gideon match. I wasn't facing any Fatal Pushes or Harnessed Lightnings though, so I suppose Baral was lucky. In all, I'm happy with how it performed. I got funny looks when playing Disperse (Welcome 2016 deck...it's legal!) especially when I bounced my own Gearhulk, then recast it EOT, triggering Tower twice and getting an extra Glimmer in.
