The main win condition here is basically Palinchron + any many doubler + 6 Islands. After that goes off you can abuse the infinite mana and storm count. There are several paths to victory built into this deck. The aforementioned combo is just the most easy and reliable. It's extremely possible to win through sheer card advantage and damage from the drakes. Anything with buyback, particularly Mystic Speculation and Capsize, will allow you to churn out tons of drakes while generating card advantage. If you happen to draw Runechanter's Pike it's possible to win through commander damage, although it's typically more advantageous to throw it on a drake.

Polymorph and Proteus Staff can tutor Palinchron directly to the battlefield if you target a drake. They can also be used as removal in a pinch. Proteus Staff can be used to order the library however you'd like if Palinchron is already on the battlefield or in your hand.

Tezzeret the Seeker is mostly here for his -X ability. Being able to tutor 9 of my 11 artifacts directly to the battlefield for 5 mana is extremely useful. I typically search for Extraplanar Lens followed by Sol Ring if he survives until the next turn. If I already have a mana doubler online I'll usually tutor for Proteus Staff or Bident of Thassa.

Eventually I will replace all the islands in this deck with Snow-Covered Island s and replace one land with Scrying Sheets . I just can't afford to spend $30 on basic lands right now.
