This is made to be a kind of voltron commander deck. The whole point is to get Haktos out start hitting people in the face. Lots of anthems and exalted givers to help pump him up. A few other tricks include extra combats and extra damage givers. I also included some "save Haktos" cards just in case an opponent has a card that can actually hit him.

I was trying to build this deck on a budget staying around $100, so some of the cards might not be the best, but what do you expect on a budget build?
