Sideboard

This deck is a Mardu deck that synergizes with the warrior creature subtype along with some graveyard recursion. It started out as a pure aggro deck with very little wiggle room. It has morphed into a much more consistent, slightly more mid-range deck that keeps a steady threat count while pestering the opponent with edict effects and a few more direct removal spells. Outpost Siege gives some card advantage while cards like Alesha and Swift Warkite recur cards from the graveyard. The big finishers right now include a single Zurgo HS and the dragons. Out of the board can come the Butchers and wingmate roc to go over the top. The non-creature suite is pretty color intensive and I'm not sure if going back to more of a mono-black removal lineup would be a better option. Playtesting has been pretty good for having a multi-focal removal suite though and I'm not sure if I would change too much. Edict effects seem pretty good right now with Ojutai continuing to define the format.

The sideboard contains a suite of cards geared towards improving the matchup against Esper Dragons, Atarka Red, and the occasional Whip deck. The Mardu Woe-Reapers also seem good against Deathmist Raptor. There are a couple one-of's to handle enchantments and artifacts, along with some enchantments to handle token decks. Elspeth is good against this deck and therefore an additional utter end can come out of the board when she makes an appearance.

As always, any help with this deck would be greatly appreciated. I'm really pretty lost on putting together a manabase. The painlands would be a decent option if they weren't going to rotate soon.

Updates Add

Made a number of cuts and additions to smooth out draws and to adapt to current meta. The creature list was simplified and made more consistent with the warrior synergies. Went to 4 chiefs and 3 ragers, which seem to be the thing that the deck hinges on. Added a single Sorin and Kolaghan in the main to give a little anthem effect on attacks. Sorin and his second copy in the board help out against the red decks with big lifelink swings and also to get back on board after a sweeper. Enchantment decks have been noticed around the LGS I play at and therefore I went up to 2 Erase in the side. I'm thinking that the dragon hunters are going to be good against the G/R devotion decks with protection from Atarka and her ability. I should probably make room in the side for a Tormod's Crypt, but that remains to be a dominant thing in the LGS meta that I've faced.
