You should maybe add some Essence Wardens but don't use Kalastria Healer because you dont ahve many other allys. A Harsh Sustenance or two would also be useful. A Wingmate Roc would also work with this. Siege Rhinos can be good if your facing multiple enemies and want to deal damage that's spread around the table or screen, depending on where you're playing. Rampaging Baloths paired with sorin can deal a ton of damage and gain a ton of life. Also go for lifelink creatures such as Abzan Guide and a cheap Hidden Dragonslayer to get more life. Put some Sunscorch Regents in your sideboard to pull out against players playing a lot of spells. Abzan Kin-Guard can also go under that lifelink category. Abzan Battle Priest will give all your creatures with +1/+1 counters on them lifelink so try and get some buffs in with that guy and you'll gain heaps of life if you have big creatures on the battlefield, or even little ones, a little can go a long way. Even go back to Nyx and get a Nyx-Fleece Ram and stay alive for more life on the go. Karlov of the Ghost Council will deal heaps of damage and will become a great blocker. Shambling Vent will also be a great land for lifelink. Get a couple of Whips of Erebos for even more lifelink. Really the only thing I disagree with in this deck is Kalastria Healer because you have only 4 other Allys with one Kalastria Healer on the battlefield and thats 4 in 57. Also consider making your deck 60 cards. I hope this helps you improve this wonderful deck.

Hey, sorry I'm so slow in replying lol. I guess you must have commented in the middle of me editing some stuff because before I tweaked it this time, I did have 60 cards in it. I actually have 61 now, and I'm not sure what to take out :/

Problem for another day tho.

To address the Kalastria Healer that card is solely in there to beef up the few allies I have, as soon as they hit. Also, if I can resolve a Retreat to Emeria I'll be able to drop tons of allies and trigger the Healer's drain over the course of a game. I dunno, it was a half-baked idea that I feel like I'll enjoy playing around with lol.

Thank you for the suggestions, I was trying to keep it standard legal, but a lot of those cards def sound like they'd make it loads of fun to play around with.. which ultimately my goal :D

This looks a lot like my landfall deck(edited bfz intro deck). Retreat to Kazandu is the bomb for any landfall life gain deck. It also helps to beef up any creatures. Have you thought of putting Fertile Thicket in there? Nissa, Worldwaker is probably better than Nissa, Vastwood Seer  Flip because her -7 ability allows you to play all your basic lands, triggering landfall, and the all become 4/4 elemental creatures with trample

Nissa, Worldwaker isn't Standard legal. She is the better Nissa for this deck, tho. I thought about Fertile Thicket, but I feel like it just puts me back a turn since I'll have to draw a land the turn after I play it. I hardly ever NEED land. This deck puts too much out if anything lol.

Prey Upon is getting reprinted, you should definitely consider adding that for removal. Clip Wings is a great sideboard material to bash an Ormendahl, Profane Prince  Flip or an Emrakul, the Promised End with.

As for non-budget suggestions, Archangel of Tithes is great against aggro, Declaration in Stone is probably one of the best removal spells in standard.

Being able to add 2 dec stone to your deck would seriously give it a nice edge. Possibly one more evolving wilds?
