a "Budget" Legacy belcher deck, by which I mean there isn't Lion's Eye Diamond. The deck uses Goblin Charbelcher + Land Grant to find a one of Stomping Ground (Again with the budget, less expensive than Tiaga). I find that the deck is about as reliable with turn one belcher win and can reliably put out 10 goblins from Empty the Warrens turn one or two. What you lose not playing Lion's Eye Diamond are sideboard cards like Diminishing Returns Because this mana base makes double blue spells too hard to cast, in my opinion. This is still a fun deck to play, and wins out of nowhere still happen.
