So i played this at a FNM the other day and went 3-2.
The first game i played against Suicide Zoo and was able to keep them off creatures using abrupt decay and bolts, without the few creatures in the deck he couldn't keep one long enough to get through and with that i took game 1 and 2.
the second round i played against burn. i found this to be the most difficult match i played. he was able to burn off my small creatures while goblin guide killed me off slowly and took game 1. game two the same thing kinda happened but i was able to land a kalitas and was able to gain enough life to kill him off. game 3 he played leyline of punishment so kalitas alone just wasnt getting there so lost game 3.
round 3 i ended up playing against jund. this was the one thing i was scared of the most. game 1 was a back and forth fight for the lilianas and the goyfs. my deck is good at getting goyf big so facing goyfs was really hard and the game went down to who played more and luckly it was me, so i took game one. game two was a bit more difficult for me. my faithless lootings got me no where and he engineered explosives me to get rid of my two drops while he had a kalitas out and ended up killing me. game 3 he ended up getting mana flooded and on trun 3 i had 2 3/3 deathtoutch and a goyf and he couldn't recover.
round 4 i played against creature box. game 1 i was able to overpower all the creatures he had and was able to rip paths out of his hand, so without removal i was able to take game 1. with game two i played a kalitas and pyroclasmed everything away and took game 2.
round 5 i played against skred. sadly he played relic turn 1 so it really hurt my deck and he easily killed off my creatures and without any a strombreath dragon finished me quickly. game two he dropped a turn 3 bloodmoon and without a decay in hand i died to bloodmoon.
so overall i was happy with the night. the deck worked out very well for me. i was able to hit dilirium turn 2 or 3 which made goyf and delirium creatures big fast. i noticed the sideboard needs a lot of work and the deck needs a few adjustments, but with some time and a bit more work the deck will work out fine.
