Nexus of Fate made this deck unplayable garbage, because it literally could not win against it. There was no play because they just played a card to not deck. However, with the recent banning, this deck is honestly the truth. The deck has play against all of the top decks, and has been pretty favorable against Rec Field decks, Goblins (somehow), and Hoof Tokens. The goblin matches have always been super close, so you have to play tight.

Win-cons: Psychic Corrosion and Teferi's Tutelage perform the same function in the deck (Kill them). Not much else to say here.

Cantrips: Opt, Frostveil Ambush, and Boon of the Wish-Giver are the best cheap ways to churn through your deck. If you don't have a tutelage effect in hand, feel free to cycle these early to find one, but if you do have a tutelage effect, try and hold on to them to fill out your curve and deck your opponent. Boon of the Wishgiver is especially good in this deck because its both a cheap cycler and finisher.

Finishers: Cathartic Reunion, Into the Story, Boon of the Wish-Giver, and Frantic Inventory are amazing, especially with multiple tutelage effects. These cards often mill 12+ cards. You haven't lived until you've cast an Into the Story with 3 tutelage effects in play.

Removal: This is what gives the deck play against these aggro decks. Blitz of the Thunder-Raptor is probably the best red removal spell. It exiles which is really important against Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath, and scales with the game. Flame Sweep and Storm's Wrath do a great job of cleaning up the board.

Lands: Lonely Sandbar, Forgotten Cave and Ketria Triome are amazing. Don't feel like you need Ketria Triome, its just here to bluff us being on Rec Field. A Raugrin Triome works just as well.

Sideboard

In light of recent format changes, the sideboard is under scrutiny. If you have suggestions, please mention in the comments

Anti-Aggro: Extra copies of Storm's Wrath and Flame Sweep are fantastic. Aether Gust is actually AMAZING in this deck because we can mill the card if they put it on top.

Anti-Control: Mystical Dispute comes in against any blue deck, especially U-Tempo. You are trying to use these proactively to force through a tutelage, although against Rec Field decks they are more defensive.

Anti-Combo: Grafdigger's Cage comes in against Kethis Combo and Breach Combo. Our deck helps them out because they are trying to deck themselves, so we need a lock piece to win the game.

Anti-Rec Field- Aether Gust does gust things, Alpine Moon stops Field of the Dead from making tokens, and Mystical Dispute is just good at countering stuff.

If there are any cards that you feel are missing from the deck, feel free to let me know in the comments! Just make sure to explain what hole that card fills and what you would take out.

EDIT: Correct avg CMC is 2.18. TappedOut counts Into the Story as a 7 drop, Boon of the Wish-Giver a 6 drop, and Frostveil Ambush as a 5 drop when you play these cards for significantly less.
