This is my goal deck for modern. I currently have Black/White tokens and wanted to build up to Blue/Black Faeries. With the advice of @veeonix I decided to add white as a third colour for utility. The cards I took out were the following:

1x Bitterblossom

3x Ancestral Vision

1x Mistbind Clique

1x Smuggler's Copter

2x Cryptic Command

1x Disfigure

1x Murderous Cut

I took out a Bitterblossom because I felt three was enough for the deck with introducing white as another colour and I wanted space for some more removal and the life loss may get out of hand. I took out a Smuggler's Copter for a similar reason.

I took out a Mistbind Clique after introducing the Resoration Angels because if I have a Mistbind Clique already in play, they act the same. So just more utility.

Disfigure and Murderous Cut were removed for better removal in Path to Exile and introducing Disenchant.

The Cryptic Commands I felt were too heavy on Blue mana and with Restoration Angel being able to flicker a Spellstutter Sprite I thought the control aspect would be okay.

I was struggling to find a few more cuts and I ended up deciding to cut Ancestral Vision to honestly save a few dollars but I feel there may be a lack of card draw now so I am not sold on taking it out. I added Lingering Souls for the extra threats and there is synergy with the 3 Smuggler's Copter.

I am quite new to this format so any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
