Sideboard

This is my Roon deck that I've bad built since he was released. It is a toolbox style deck that aims to draw a bunch of cards, tap a ton of lands, answer all the threats, and induce death by value. It has a couple combos mostly because it can take a lot longer to win without them, but I don't typically go straight for em, either. I consider it about an 8/10 on the power scale.

It is worth noting that this deck has mostly been played in a 1v1 environment. I rarely bust it out for 4 player games anymore, and it used to get hated out pretty hard in one of my playgroups. That said, it has a surprising knack for answering multiple threats, you just gotta assess them correctly.

Most of the creatures serve a narrow purpose, except the card draw and ramp ones, which are crucial for getting to your toolbox. The first few turns are usually a lot of ramping and drawing. You really want to have some protection up for Roon before you cast him, because he gets expensive fast.
