 This is a combo deck that reduces the cost of artifacts and adds mana to cast as many artifact cards in a single turn as possible. The Reality Chip is the most important card in the deck. Casting 0 cost artifacts from the top of the deck gives free value. Scry effects from Weatherlight Compleated get rid of lands for The Reality Chip to continue the combo. Use the legend rule to activate it. Casting an extra The Reality Chip from the deck essentially draws two cards because reveals the next card and allows you to get rid of the card if you are not going to cast it (note the cost reductions make this extremally cheap to do).

Mechtitan Core exists as a win condition. Most decks have a way to deal with large amounts of creatures. Mechtitan Core prevents opposing decks from grinding you out after your combo. It might not be necessary to include if more flexible win conditions exist for this deck.

Stenn, Paranoid Partisan, Enthusiastic Mechanaut and Relic of Legends give the mana and speed to the deck. Stenn, Paranoid Partisan turn 2 and Relic of Legends turn 3 leaves the player with 3 remaining mana, a cost reduction on all artifacts and makes The Reality Chip free.

Inspired Idea has minimal downside because this deck plays its cards when it draws them with its cost reduction and mana. The decrease in hand size either does nothing or discards mostly useless lands.

I added some other possible cards to add the deck to the Maybeboard.
