This one is not hard to play. There are 2 different tactics.

First one is to burst the hell out of your opponents playing Vampire Nocturnus asap. Bloodline Keeper   can also help with that, try to play it only as you can transform it. Prefferable in the same turn.

Second Tactic is an infinite combo. Try to get atleast 1 Bloodchief Ascension active and then play a Mindcrank before he get's any damage.Mindcrank will cause your opponent to put cards from his library into his graveyard where Bloodchief Ascension says that if a card goes to the graveyard from anywhere you may have your opponent lose 2 life and you gain 2 life. Then Minkcrank kicks in again and so on.Huuuge lifegaining there's aswell when playing multiplayer.
