Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter provide an infinite combo with two mana producers available (in this deck: Birds of Paradise, Leaden Myr, and Llanowar Elves). The Isochron Scepter copies the spell, which you then cast, so "whenever you cast an instant or sorcery" abilities are activated.

Win Conditions:

• Dynavolt Tower: Cast infinite Dramatic Reversals for infinite energy. Use the tap ability to burn and the scepter combo to untap. Repeat as necessary.

• Aetherflux Reservoir: Cast infinite Dramatic Reversals for infinite life. Sacrifice life in 50 life chunks to deal 50 damage. Repeat as necessary.

• (EDIT: Taking this out) Consume Spirit: Needs a third mana producer of black mana (Birds of Paradise or Leaden Myr or Llanowar Elves + Prophetic Prism ). Tap and untap for infinite black mana and burn for infinity.

I'm pretty excited about this deck. It can win as early as turn 4, but play testing has shown an average of 10 turns to put it all together.
