This deck uses the ramp/colour-fixing of treasures to try to do-everything.

A good opening hand has Kitesail Freebooter + Prying Bar, to give you denial, information and ramp all on your second turn. Then you just out-tempo the opponent, using Depths of Desire as three more Hostage Takers. (Only after you've played whatever was stolen of course.) Deadeye Plunderer eats the things Trove of Temptation forces the opponent to attack with. While Revel in Riches + Trove of Temptation is late-game alt-win inevitability with Vanquisher's Banner to gain card advantage.

This is my cards-available brew, and can probably be much improved upon.

Captain Lannery Storm swapped out and Opt replacing her. Lannery's is very awkward and situational in this deck, with a high chance that it's a dead draw or an awkward mulligan. Opt instead provides a small amount more protection from awkward mulligans, and keeps up the gas supply mid-game.
