Horobi makes games silly and shuts down Voltron decks.

The deck makes really bad bulk synergize really well. Loads of ways to get horobi out of the yard because she's going there often and we don't want to pay our taxes.

The best cards in the deck are the ones that can target any number of creatures like touch of darkness which becomes an instant speed one mana, one sided board wipe if Horobi is out and Cauldron of souls which can just tap to kill any number of creatures you choose.

Our zero mana targets that utilize life instead are Hex parasite and unspeakable symbol which allows you to kill anything at instant speed by just paying life with Horobi out and with a blood artist effect or Sangrommancer the life loss is minimal or completely negated.
