Sideboard

First take on Mardu aggro.

Heavy focus on one drops for fast aggro, brutal hordechief to close out. Red splash is specifically for mardu ascendancy to go wide, and crackling doom as our only spot removal and combat trick. The goblin tokens generated by ascendancy match up well with brutal hordechief and the sac ability on ascendancy can protect us from damage based sweepers.

2 of Brimaz is a concession to the vast amount of 2 and 3 damage removal. He forces straight removal or a stoke to deal with him.

The next question is over how worthwhile the red splash is for us, do we cut it in order to fit in more spells. Likely candidates if we cut the red are bile blight, valorous stance, feat of resistance and gods willing. Or do we keep it and cut some creatures to fit in more spells?
