The goal of this deck is to get lots of cool wizards on the field, make as many copies of them as possible, and exploit their abilities. Some instant/sorcery copying is included as well just to amp up some cool combos/abilities that I found, but it is a secondary concern in this deck.

Make lots of token copies with Riku of Two Reflections, Bramble Sovereign, Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer, Rionya, Fire Dancer, Delina, Wild Mage, Saheeli Rai, Quasiduplicate, and Saheeli's Artistry. Having Adrix and Nev, Twincasters will make this even more effective.

Having lots of wizards on the battlefield will synergize well with cards like Information Dealer, Voidmage Prodigy, Supreme Inquisitor, Patron Wizard, Galecaster Colossus, Azami, Lady of Scrolls, and Psychic Trance.

Clone any non-legendary wizard to further protect it from removal spells.

Clone Daring Apprentice to have lots of counters at the ready.

Clone Stonybrook Banneret to make all your wizards cheaper to cast.

Clone Raven Guild Master, Surtland Elementalist, or any other big/dangerous creature to generate a real threat.

Use Harmonic Prodigy, Strionic Resonator, and Panharmonicon to further exploit all the great triggered abilities of your wizard army.

Flicker wizards with Essence Flux, Ghostly Flicker, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, and Conjurer's Closet to give yourself plenty of opportunities to clone with Riku and Bramble Sovereign, and to take advantage of any other enter-the-battlefield effects, including Scholar of the Ages, Izzet Chronarch, and Archaeomancer to recycle the limited number of instants and sorceries in this deck.

Copy instants and sorceries using Riku, Primal Amulet  , or Swarm Intelligence to get more bang for your buck. This has the added benefit of triggering Jadzi, Oracle of Arcavios   and maybe Orvar, the All-Form. Plus, casting instants and sorceries gives you more tokens with Rionya, and including them in the deck gives you more ammo for Surtland Elementalist

Some spells that could be fun to copy: Quasiduplicate, Saheeli's Artistry, True Polymorph, Snap, Ghostly Flicker, Essence Flux...

...plus a bunch of other ones in the maybelist. I'm having trouble deciding what should make the cut.

To give you a sense of what I'm trying to achieve with this deck, consider the following combo:

Raven Guild Master + Rionya, Fire Dancer could be pretty nasty. Substitute Rionya with Delina, Wild Mage for something similar. Pair with Harmonic Prodigy and/or Adrix and Nev, Twincasters for added pain.
