Then you turn those -1/-1 tokens into deathtouch Snakes with Hapatra, and then you kill those creatures to get more benefits.

Top Synergies:

Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons + Yawgmoth, Thran Physician These guys go infinite with each other - you get infinite snakes and you can give out infinite -1/-1 counters.
