BURN ON A BUDGET

Just keep your life total up until you can Mindswipe or Crater's Claws for a bunch. If the coast is clear, then drop one of the 3 creatures and get to work. Everything besides these are just utility to keep the pressure off.

I threw this together to play on MTGO, since I don't want to spend a bunch of cash (well at least not digitally). I had the Shivan Reefs already, and I probably wouldn't get them to make this a true budget build. This deck would be 12 dollars without them on MTGO.
