Urabrask declined, but Jin-Gitaxias, Sheoldred, and Vorinclex all agreed to join Elesh Norn's efforts, and Atraxa was born—an awe-inspiring testament to Phyrexia's singular purpose."

This is my build for Atraxa Walker Control. Strategy is quite simple. Opening hand should have a creature control card and a good amount of mixed mana. After that, let the walkers do the rest behind your small army of enchantments. Suggestions for more control cards are always welcome.

P.S. Sideboard are cards I have yet to test out. The deck does need graveyard recursion.

Creature Control:

AEther Barrier - Excellent early game drop.

Humility - 1/1 No abilities applies to all creatures.

Night of Souls' Betrayal - Combo's well with Humility for a board wipe and to keep the field clear

Lethal Vapors - Creature deterrent and extra turn if your opponents are annoyed enough.

Overburden - Painful price for playing creatures.

Propaganda - Mana loss for attacking. If needed, add in Dueling Grounds

Sphere of Safety - Propaganda but worse for your opponents.

Spreading Plague - Token control and great against multiple opponents.

Sterling Grove - Protect the cards that are protecting your win-cons!

Tainted AEther - Resource denial at it's finest.

Planeswalkers:

Ajani Steadfast - Just +1 until you can get his emblem in play.

Ajani Unyielding - +2 and his ultimate are the main reasons why this card is in the deck. Easily ultimate another planeswalker to win or hard lock the game.tar

Dovin Baan - Emblem is what we're going after when we play him.

Elspeth, Knight-Errant - +1 is good for chump blockers and the emblem is the main goal.

Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury - +1 for mana dork and -2 for control. Remember to target any combo or infinite combo pieces.

Jace, Architect of Thought - -2 is decent and his ultimate can be useful as long as you know what you have on your field.

Jace, the Mind Sculptor - Mainly used for his +0 ability.

Jace, Unraveler of Secrets - +1 until emblem.

Narset Transcendent - +1 for enchantments/planeswalkers and her emblem with any creature control will hard lock the board.

Nissa, Vital Force - -3 is graveyard recursion for when our enchantments get blown to hell. Ultimate is useful when you've got land in hand.

Nissa, Voice of Zendikar - Mainly used for her ultimate as a draw engine.

Ob Nixilis Reignited - Kick off his emblem as early as possible since this build has a lot of draw engines.

Sorin, Grim Nemesis - +1 draw engine/burn, -X is great for walker control and ultimate is last resort when our defenses have been destroyed.

Tamiyo, Field Researcher - Both Tamiyo emblems can create a loop of permanent destruction with Vindicate , grab any planeswalker with Call the Gatewatch , infinite search with Demonic Tutor and infinite counter with Voidslime

Tamiyo, the Moon Sage - See above.

Teferi, Temporal Archmage - All around good.

Ugin, the Spirit Dragon - +2 until ultimate. -X only if needed and always check your board state before using it.

Venser, the Sojourner - Mainly used for his ultimate. Bounce a mana rock if possible or lands to counter spells.

Board Control:

Krosan Grip - Mainly for use against infinite combos involving a number of artifacts.

Righteous Aura - For use against burn spells and burn abilities like Purphoros, God of the Forge or Gray Merchant of Asphodel

Voidslime - The swiss army knife of counter spells.
