The commander is Marchesa, the Black Rose. All of your creatures should be able to gain dethrone from Marchesa's ability. Then you proliferate +1/+1 counters on your creatures and or -1/-1 counters on your opponents creatures. You can be scummy and try to win with infect counters or you can try to run through the 40 life that all of your opponents have. For my money I will poke the 10 points for the win XD.
