Inquisition of Kozilek, Thoughtseize, Collective Brutality and Liliana of the Veil disrupt our opponents strategy.
Kalastria Highborn provides a 4 point lifeswing when one of our 14 vampires die, and Liliana, the Last Hope lets us recur either the highborn, or her fuel.
Vampire Hexmage provides a spicy answer to planeswalkers, As Foretold, Aether Vial,Ratchet Bomb, Engineered Explosives, +1/+1 counter strategies etc. And is also a 2/2 First Strike beater, that feeds the highborn.
Phyrexian Obliterator is a curve-topper. I'm not sure if this quite fits, it lacks complete synergy, but is immensely powerful, and I absolutely love the card. One could hope that some opposing Path to Exile's have been drawn out early game by Bloodghast or Dark Confidant, making a clean answer mroe unlikely, and an unclean answer to an Obliterator often spells the end.
