Thanks, hfvalenz, for the great detailed critique of my sliver deck.
I've already included some of your suggestions, where I already had the card, and in other instances I've ordered the cards and will update when they arrive.
After some thought, I've decided that to Primal Surge most of my library onto the battlefield is not the most interactive of win conditions (although I have won with it), and I just need to let the slivers do their thing instead.
I agree with you that the few non-sliver creatures needed to come out, but I will at least keep Lu Xun, Scholar General in the deck for card draw, I may take Shadowmage Infiltrator out, I haven't decided yet. It's not quite as good as Lu Xun, although you can usually find a player at the table who doesn't have a black creature out.
Shock lands, eh? You're probably right. I know the loss of tempo with the tap lands is an important consideration, which is why I have an Amulet of Vigor in the deck.
Anyway, some of your suggestions I've implemented, some I've ordered because I don't have the card, and some I'm still pondering, but thanks for your detailed assessment. I really appreciate it.

seems like an awesome aggressive deck. good for 1v1 I suppose. just be careful with your lands. you have high count of lands that come to play tapped. and also there are a lot of lands that produce colorless. this might hold you up in early in the game due to color/speed issues being colorless or tapped and all. I tried pain lands with my sliver deck, works wonders so far.

Thanks for your comment, tuspak.
Yeah, since I am unwilling to pay the price for the original dual lands (I have eleven EDH decks, all of which want my money!), I'm left with strictly worse alternatives. I think I may start adding some shock lands as hfvalenz suggested, to help speed up the tempo.
I'm really only playing two lands which only tap for colorless. One is Homeward Path, which is a must-include if you are running Sliver Overlord. If someone steals your Overlord, they can start taking all of your slivers with the Overlord's second ability. It's the reason I didn't even include Overlord in the deck for a long time. I sometimes play against Blue players who like to steal things.
The only other land that only taps for colorless is Reliquary Tower, which I have in all of my decks. If I'm not giving myself a lot of card draw (see Rhystic Study), someone else at the table may be, for their own benefit. So, I'm reluctant to take that one out.
Mana fixing is definitely a thing in a five color deck though, I won't deny that.

Homeward Path seems nice but I never had problems with my overlord being taken. usually protections has already dropped before they could even try. Plus I have lots of sacrifice outlet so if ever that would happen, id gladly kill my own overlord. hehe. We have different setups. Mine is more of control/combo than agro.

I am probably one of the last people you would want to critique your sliver deck tuspak. I'm still not happy with my own.
You know how your deck plays in your playgroup, it's strengths and weaknesses, and how it fits your personality. That's one of the things I love about EDH, everyone's deck tends to reflect their personality.
I tend to be too pillow-forty, which would lead me to suggest you run cards like Tajuru Preserver or Pariah, but actually I probably need to take those cards out myself, rather than recommend that you add them.
I would suggest though, that if you are going to run Lignify, you consider exchanging it for Song of the Dryads. A Forest is much harder to shake off than a creature, which is important if you're trying to silence someone's Commander. With Lignify, all they have to do is chump-block with it to send their Commander back to the Command Zone. Plus Song of the Dryads works on any permanent, and not just creatures.
Alright, that's it. That's my one suggestion. You drug it out of me. /;-)

Oh I forgot that you must have a way to get Homeward Path, because just hoping to draw it should you need it is too low of a chance:
Sylvan Scrying: Sorcery speed and leaves it on your hand, but well, gets the job done.
Reap and Sow: High cost and slow, but I used to play it because it gives the option to kill that Gaea's Cradle, Cabal Coffers, Maze of Ith, Reliquary Tower, etc.
Tempt with Discovery: This card gives me 4 lands almost every time. Searching for any land and putting it into play untapped it's just too tempting.
Crop Rotation: Instant speed rocks. In response of Overlord being stolen this one is the best I think.
I play Arcane Lighthouse as well, just to be able to steal creatures even when Crystalline Sliver is out.
Check out my build: Fragmentados FTW w/Infinite Interactions, description isn't updated but you'll get the idea.

RamaLama thank you for that suggestion. seems nice. not advisable for the first 5 turns for it will ramp your opponent. but Song of the Dryads will definitely help later in the game better than Lignify. Thanks

Thanks again for the suggestions, hfvalenz.
I'm definitely going to slide a Tempt with Discovery into the deck. I can't believe I haven't already done so. I currently have it in two of my other EDH decks, and it works like a charm. People know that they shouldn't take you up on your offer but they do it anyway. All it takes is the one player to accept, then the flood gates open and everybody does. It's the damnedest thing. On the way from TCG as we speak.
I checked out your deck and gave it a +1. Hopefully I can eventually whip this one into shape too. I have a few cards on the way that should help.

Cryptic Gateway is one of my favorite tribal cards. It can pretty much get all your slivers out with Sliver Overlord and Mana Echoes. Plus if you get Paradox Engine in there, you can cast just one sliver to restart the madness.

Hey, even though it is fetchable, I think Amoeboid Changeling is worse than other alternatives:
Unnatural Selection let's you do the creature conversion multiple times on a turn.
Shields of Velis Vel is also fetchable and for only you can steall all of any opponent creatures.
I bet resolving a Primal Surge must be hilarious, specially in your deck, but playing only one nonpermanent spell cuts you from so many options:
Crib Swap: Yes, you can tutor this with your commander as it's a sliver.
Patriarch's Bidding: You'll get the upper hand after a mass sweeper.
Harsh Mercy: Low cost, tribal friendly mass sweeper.
All Is Dust: Play it right after resolving a Ghostflame Sliver for best profit.
Cyclonic Rift: It's Cyclonic Rift!
Ramp!: Even though slivers generally have a low CMC, tutoring and casting can deplete mana pools quickly so you need ramping. Playing shocklands and spells like Farseek, Shard Convergence, Skyshroud Claim can help you fixing colors as well.
Look for other ways to cheat bigger slivers:
Cryptic Gateway: Tap two small slivers, drop the Legion.
Bring to Light: Saves you the needed for Overlord's search ability. I use it to search for Sliver Hivelord, Pulmonic Sliver, Synapse Sliver, Brood Sliver, Psionic Sliver (I play that one as a countermeasure for Fog effects), Patriarch's Bidding.
Reduce the cost of Overlord's abilities:
Training Grounds
Heartstone
Do the nonsliver creatures you're playing make it worthy of running them and also Conspiracy? Aside maybe from Eternal Witness, the rest I think you can cut off to put in some other slivers and replace the srawing effect with Military Intelligence or Distant Melody for example, even though you got that covered with Synapse. Also, Zendikar Resurgent has a high mana cost, but once it's out it's just broken in a sliver deck: doubles the mana and let's you replace the sliver card you just played! You can switch Mirari's Wake for that one.
And lastly, Fury Sliver needs to be ditched for Bonescythe Sliver, it's just plain better.
