Modern Rakdos Discard Deck

SB options:

Terminate & Dreadbore for extra creature kill vs zoo/jund/naya/infect and any annoying plainswalkers like Karn Liberated and Lilianna of the Veil

Golgari Charm for tokens, the token storm variant which utilizes Empty the Warrens, Leyline of Sanctity, other annoying enchants.

Grafdigger's Cage for Living End and help with persist creatures like Kitchen Finks, ect.

Rakdos Charm for multiple things. Artifacts like Birthing Pod. Exiling graveyards for decks that run Tarmagoyf and Snapcaster Mage and other graveyard dependent things. Also good against decks that get a lot of creatures out.

Slaughter Games is great against combo decks, Splinter Twin and what not.
