My plan: Ramp hard into Narset on turn 4 or 5. If she dies, control the opponents' boards with wraths, spot removal, and counterspells until I can cast her again. Stack Jokulhaups, Razia's Purification, Decree of Annihilation, or Obliterate on top of my deck, attack with Narset, and use Boros Charm, Faith's Reward, Valorous Stance, or Darksteel Plate to make Narset (and maybe the rest of my stuff) survive. Alternatively, get Elspeth or Assemble the Legion on the board before destroying everything. Eventually kill my opponents with Narset, Elspeth, or Assemble the Legion.

Alternate power plays include several Time Walk effects, Omniscience, Enter the Infinite, Rite of Replication, Mind's Desire, Narset Transcendent ultimate, or Proteus Staff on Narset to stack my entire deck exactly the way I want it.
