Dragons are amazing, cute and need lots and lots of hugs and they specifically want them from your face. This deck plays problems. One big I-am-going-to-try-to-kill-you dragon after the other and even when you resolve one there is another waiting to take its sister or brother's place. Also, I love to picture myself as the Mother of Dragons, similar to Danaerys Targaryen.

I have tried to include familial relations in this deck. Nicol Bolas and his twin brother Ugin have been included for this reason. Dromoka, Ojutai, Silumgar, Kolaghan and Atarka emerged from Ugin's tempest. Because they emerged from the same point of origin by the same dragon, I believe that makes them family - of a sort. Primeval's Glorious Rebirth is added for my favourite piece of lore. New dragons such as Terror of the Peaks and Amareth are added because they are powerful in their own right and helps to boost the effectiveness of my deck.

Cultivate, Grow from the Ashes, Migration Path, Explosive Vegetation and Kodama's Reach togther with Dragonlord's Servant and Dragonspeaker Shaman are there to get the dragons on the board as quickly as possible. Ramping to get the land needed while the creatures' affects reduce the dragons' costs in addition to Ur-Dragon's ability. If that is already painful Wild Pair ensures that if I play one dragon with for example 5/5, I can search my library and get another on for free. Two dragons at one time ... nasty. Elemental Bond gives quick card draw for dragons.

Speaking of which Where Ancients Tread is lore based for this deck (due to the scorched forest) and also deals massive amounts of damage to opponents just for casting dragons with power 5 or greater. Crucible of Fire gives the dragons that extra boost they need in order to dominate the board ... as they should.

This deck is slow to start but when it gets going, your opponent needs to have answers and quickly. Sometimes even answers will not save them ...
