Using Gargos, Vicious Watcher as a Commander for the Hydra tribe. Going to make Hydra spells cheap to cast. Added many ways to cycle through the deck and get to all of the powerful hydras as quick as possible. There is also a ton of ramp spells and creatures to be able to play hydras quick and effectively with their X cost. The big win conditions are found in the instants and sorceries by making hydras unblockable or give them trample to add a ton of damage. Phyrexian hydra will be the main win condition to kill with trample and infect out of nowhere.
