This started off as a standard deck, but it rotated out, picked it up again for Historic and surprisingly is effective.

Our Objective

All of our creatures with one exception, have the Afterlife mechanic. This ability is deceptively powerful, especially in tandem with our two support cards.

Teysa Karlov is such a good card. Doubling death triggers means with her out, we get twice the tokens. So our Ministrant of Obligation now produces 4 1/1 spirits for 3cmc. As if that wasn't enough, the tokens also gain vigilance and life link (an ability I always forget is there when I play commander). Having Teysa out means your gaining a ton of tokens, and a ton of life from flying tokens.

To add gravy, Divine Visitation makes all of our tokens Angels instead of Spirits. Salvation for our Ministrant of Obligation just got just a bit more insane. More so if Teysa is out as they gain lifelink. Also, our two Memorial to Glory cards when scarified create Soldiers, but with Divine out they become Angels instead.

Our big finisher in this deck when our engine is online is Seraph of the Scales . On her own shes fantastic, but you will laugh when you declare her attacking and your opponent has to guess if its worth blocking or taking 4. Also the Afterlife 2 just adds to an already great card.
