I feel like there's decent room for improvement here. But that will come in time. Nice starting list. As for a first piece of constructive criticism, maybe a cabal coffers and nykthos package for those big mana spells.

Innocent Blood is pretty legit. Its usually multiplayer and your likely to get the creature you sacked back on that turn if Geth is out already.

Or maybe you want creatures in the yard. What about value black creatures with awesome etb effects? Shriekmaw ? Bone Shredder ?

Also, by the way, as far as maybeboard goes, you want Magus of the Coffers . You also probably want Lashwrithe over Nightmare Lash

Innocent Blood is just a suggestion with the amount of tokens that can be produced, plus if you're playing some crazy super ramp deck it's a pretty nice early disruption. Plus it's a one drop.

Sheoldred, Whispering One is the best commander for Mono Black Reanimator IMO
