Totally Travis Woo's deck but without the money land cards and some minor changes

The basic point here is to play Control with spot removal (Banishing Light, Arc Lightning) and sweepers (Anger of the Gods, End Hostilities) until I can play Narset. Once Narset in on the field the deck pretty much turns into a Burn/Removal frenzy. The reason the deck uses so much spot removal instead of counters is because you want to turn that spot removal into big damage numbers off of Narset flips. Also with the amount of card draw in the deck you can pretty much stay at card advantage consistently (especially once Narset hits the field)

Basically the point is you want the cards to be multifaceted where they help you with or without Narset on the field. The deck can be quite inconsistent because you are relying on what Narset flips up but it is both fun and competitive.

The biggest thing the deck is lacking is Flooded Strands and more Temples, both help with getting more consistent draws/mana and Flooded Strand fuels Delve (incase you need to Dig for Narset) and also thins out the chances of seeing land off of a Narset flip
