Best to play this deck slowly. Don't draw too much attention to yourself. Bolas isn't the biggest commander threat on the board. Deflect attention from yourself until lategame, and control the board at that time. Run whatever lands you want. I'm currently running a bunch of cheap dual lands and basics, plus all the deserts listed. I really enjoy the desert combos, like taking control of an opponents creature, and then exiling it when you're done with it. Opponent tutors a card to the top of their deck? Just mill em for four. Deserts are really versatile. Might swap filter lands for worse filter lands or deserts if the price is too high.
