Looking to make a commander deck for Barrin, Master Wizard.

I think I almost have the manabase and manarocks figured out. I am having lots of trouble with counterspells, spells that draw me cards, and etc. Any advice would be appreciated. My Maybeboard is the list of some of the cards that I have that may or may not fit the deck.
