His mana base and fetches are heavy. Stomping Ground doesn't make any sense. I can, however, see Vexing Devil be sick in this... But there's nothing I would recommend swapping out for it.

Hahah, yeah my mana base is black splash r/g so no need for Stomping Ground.
And the devil would take place of Taylor. But Taylor is much more explosive with no downside.

Caligula nobody's a better Freeman than Morgan. Gordon doesnt have that sexy gravely voice. in fact he doesnt have a voice at all.
April 1, 2015 2:51 p.m.
Gordon needs no words. He speaks with his crowbar, the sounds of head crabs squishing and dying is music to my ears.
They could just take clips of half life over mysterious universe and I would watch that all day.

was Gordon the Freeman that invented all of Batman's gadgets? i don't think so!! Batman would come over and beat Gordon up with his own stupid crowbar!! :P
April 1, 2015 3:40 p.m.
Alright, Morgan gets none of batman's cred. He was a movie buff/fill in to help sell the films.
They actually made Bruce Wayne look dumber in the movies because in all the comics he made majority of his gadgets.
So again, you're wrong ;)
(I'm a die hard batman fan)

you're just jealous and wrong!!
lol i know he made a lot of his own stuff though. in all honesty though, the Half Life games are not the greatest games ever made like so many people act like.

This is what I like to see. A healthy argument in the deck comments that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the deck.
Also, 3 Feed the Clan in the SB. Is cray. Maybe take 1 out for a Grafdigger's Cage?

yeah hold up son, why you have a dedicated life gain card at all?
April 1, 2015 4:27 p.m.
@shinobigarth How old are you?
Because Half Life revolutionized PC Shooters and then Half Life 2 did it all over again. You had to have played them when they came out to truly appreciate what they did for PC gaming.
And this deck is pretty suicidal at some points so Feed the Clan is in for Burn and Aggro. It helps out big time put those decks off tempo.

don't you know its rude to ask someone their age lol. but I'm 30 though if you must know.
they are good games sure, the physics are good and everything, i just think they get more praise than they deserve. like everyone jumping on a bandwagon because everyone is jumping on the bandwagon, and people love to ride the Valve bandwagon. i mean i like shooters and everything, but i thought the Portal games were a little better. maybe its cause i just get annoyed when something gets uber popular, and the fans go around essentially saying "if you don't think X product is the best thing evar made, then you're dumb and wrong"
April 1, 2015 4:59 p.m.
I'm farthest from a bandwagonner haha, I've a been playing half life since I was a child (dad got me into computer gaming) and I kid you not I've played through every half life iteration since, right from vanilla to blue shift to portal and TF.
And the only reason I asked is because younger generations obviously won't be as impressed with it.
But it's a game I grew up with so it holds a special place in my heart.
I get what your saying though, I feel the same way about super Mario. Never bought into that hype.

ha, yeah the Mario games. they're good enough platformers but nothing to write home about.
i feel the same with all the FROM Software games recently. like the Souls series and now the new Bloodborne game all of which people freak out about. i liked FROM Software back in the PS2 days when they were doing the Armored Core games (before they brought it into the PS3 generation and screwed it all up).
April 1, 2015 5:27 p.m.
Ah yeah man! I totally crushed armored core 2, that was the last game like that I was heavily into and it was so damn good it made all the others seem pretty lacklustre compared to that generation of ac games.
Never got into darksouls and bloodbourne looks cool, but looks like just a polished version of souls imo.

Bloodborne is like a Dark Souls game only more in a Victorian gothic horror style environment. and none of them would be popular if they werent so hard, as thats the main draw. i don't like a game making me so upset that i want to throw controllers, thats not how i like playing games, so i got rid of Dark Souls 2 after i couldn't get past the 2nd or 3rd boss. i don't need a game that just fuels my anger.
April 1, 2015 5:45 p.m.
Yeah, I've never played them but I heard they were stupid hard, there's very few games that I'll dedicate that much time and patience too haha, otherwise it's bye bye controllers.
I like challenging games, but I hate games that you have to do everything perfect to beat.

not only that but your inventory screen, which in most games pauses your game. in DS and BB, you don't pause when you open your inventory so you have to find a quiet place with no enemies to do any sort of switching weapons or whatever. i find that especially to be bullcrap.
April 1, 2015 6:19 p.m.
Yeah that is just pure bullshit right there. I don't like that sort of antics.
April 1, 2015 6:24 p.m.
I really like this deck; and how sad are you that those birds can't be DRS haha. In any case, +1
