So after watching Ross Merriam play U/R Prowess on SCGLive a couple weeks ago, Ive become very interested in the deck, and I am trying to come up with a list that splashes green for Atarkas Command, Beocme Immense, and Oath of Nissa. It still needs some work (especially the mana base, I'm not 100% sure what to do there), and a lot of play testing. I am definitely open to suggestions, thanks for looking!
