I have decided to start a recent quest to create a deck for every 3 colour pairing, and to start things off, I'm building a very underrepresented commander in the Mardu colours, Licia, Sanguine Tribune! This deck is all about Life Gain and Group Slug type effects (which do much less to me then my opponents). All cuts and additions are super appreciated!!
