Sideboard

Maybeboard

Oathbreaker: one planeswalker and one instant/ sorcery in the command zone. You can only cast your command spell if your planswalker is on the field.

Kaya provides a low cost, repeatable value engine that allows for card advantage, repeatable value on etbs, and life advantage. I chose cloudshift as a command spell initially for its repeatable value. At 1 CMC you can cast it ( AT INSTANT SPEED) for value out to 4 times (paying 7cmc for a flicker effect on something like an angel of despair for example) the value diminishes after that. After some playtestying I decided that having a solid wipe ability available is more optimal, and that Kaya's life advantage ability is more useful than her flicker in the colors (if you want to play a blink deck grab a Venser). Having a wipe available all the time frees up slots in your deck, and nets you more value on repeatable casts than having single target removal in the command zone. As an added bonus Kaya has the ability to blink herself out until your next turn, meaning that your opponents cannot simply beat her into the ground before you get the chance to use your spell. With this in mind I chose Merciless Eviction, because it can remove a variaty of threats permanently.

Sidenote: elderspell is a solid command spell as well but requires more card slots in your 60 devoted to board wipes, and a few other adjustments. Elderspell essentially reads as limited removal, and while you could call it the best planswalker wipe in the format, IMO it doesnt compare to Merciless Eviction.
