Do you think my new deck will work in casual at FNM?

Reanimate your big dragons for low mana cost and high damage
main cards include both Atarkas and Whip of Erebos.
seach for Whip of Erebos by exploiting with sidisi or commune with the gods
return either Atarka by the Whip. Atarka should be in graveyard by Wayfinder or Commune with the gods
if necessary Den Protector is there for Plan B. Whip Ends up in Graveyard or Atarka is but you dont have whip.
standard ramp cards from Elvish Mystic, Sylvan Caryatid and Courser of Kruphix
thunderbreaks helps as early board presence and helps to deter opponents from targeting atarka when he enters the battlefield
removal should be murderous cut or ultimate price. burn spells such as stoke or lightning strike could be used instead because they also have the ability to burn face.
Sideboard
Atarkas command is there just incase you need extra ramp or your opponent is on low life
kolaghan command is there to be burn or to return cards to your hand if cards are countered
kolaghan, the storms fury is an extra option to whip or help you other dragons as there is many in the deck
all the other sideboard cards are good against control match- ups
duress is good early game to get rid of other pesky removal or counter spells
display of dominance does very well against U/B match-ups as it can counter removal or kill their creatures if need be
rending volley is the same against Esper Control as it can't be countered.
thank for taking the time to read through my deck. i would really appreciate feedback because i would lik to improve it as much as possible. if you do think this deck is worth a shot please spread the word by upvoting because we all know the deck could make top 8 at the next protour LOL (just remembered theyc ant because of Whip Rotating out... :(...) so maybe at a modern tournament of some kind. thanks
