Trons the thoughest match up for skred.. atleast my version.. Fish is pretty easy and affinity is decent.. i have no idea about company. I run a full set of reckoners which is really helpful.

Gr Tron is a hard match up, any other variation is fine. Usually most decks without red fold if they have no basics or enchant removal in hand. Fish is just removing the lords and sweep up the rest.
As for your build, I like having 4 mainboard Eidolon of the Great Revels because they do so much work in modern. I also have dropped down one Blood Moon because I generally only want to see one a game, and it usually sticks. Could probably get away with 2 if you feel it. I recommend Solemn Simulacrum if you're wanting a more "Big" skred, and Coldsteel Heart would help too. With the right and draws, you could be putting your Wurmcoil Engine out turn 4.
As for the sideboard, unless you don't have a lot of twin in your meta, I recommend Rending Volley so you can deal the combo before Skred could hit them on turn 3 or 4. I would also recommend Vandalblast over Shatterstorm so that you could still use it for spot removal if you need it.
If you need more feedback, let me know. Here's a few builds I have that I'm liking right now.

I'm not really liking hangarback too much, it's nice, but i'm sure reckoners would just be better... I need to test some more.

Hangarback Walker would be better for longer, grind-ier games. But in general, I don't think its a good card for this deck.

I played with 4 Boros Reckoner this past wednesday and went 3-1, winning against tarmo twin, jund and living end, and losing due to bad draws against coco elves. The reckoners did serious work, winning me multiple games, especially against jund and living end. I'll be mainboarding 4 from now on.

How do you like Koth of the Hammer? I feel like he would be would be so much fun to play, I love all three of his abilities. Koth makes me want to build a deck along these lines.

ive only played against judge skredd once,
but he was running Past in Flames, and it seemed a really good addition,
lots of reckoner abuse.
im digging koth in the playtesting! this is a dope build for him.
this is biased, since i hate Roast,
but i feel like roast could be filled with so much better.
are you specifically targeting with goyf/tasigur/angler in mind?
cause if not, i feel like Molten Vortex could be really helpful, but i dont know just how precious snow lands are.
and i always love Grim Lavamancer
this deck totally makes me wanna try skred haha
looks fun!

wolfhead, Past in Flames seems nice, but is a nonbo with Relic of Progenitus and also Grim Lavamancer.
Roast is the best cards available for dealing with the big boys, like you said.
I don't really like Molten Vortex or Seismic Assault in this deck, as sandbagging lands in control can be very advantageous.
Grim Lavamancer seems like it could be played over Relic of Progenitus if the meta starts to move away from using the graveyard so much.
thanks for the suggestions, I hope you if do try this deck, you love it as much as I do.

Harvest Pyre could be good in this deck. Hit your reckoner for a ton. Just a thought. Also, this isn't really advice for the cards in the deck, but more for the title. "Skred the Gnar" is a decent title for this deck

Great deck! I also have my own version of Skred Red. Go Skred it on the Mountains . Please check it out! I think it needs help. I do have a question for you, how has Simian Spirit Guide played? I play the Mind Stones over him to try and keep the reoccurring mana as well as late game draw. I understand the a turn 2 and even possible 1 Blood Moon is insanely sweet, but I just don't see it happening on a consistent basis.

Pheardemons, Your list looks very similar to the list I was originally using. I like Mind Stone in a list like yours with the Solemn Simulacrums and Wurmcoil Engines, but with 2 Chandra, Pyromaster and 4 Simian Spirit Guide, I feel like I have enough draw and acceleration with the lower curve. Mind Stone still feels really good in this deck though, I'd like to try and fit it in.

Thanks for looking! Based on the fact that we have two different styles of the deck, and you saying you switched yours, do you feel your list has more consistency? Is it more aggro? Faster? I'm new to this deck and trying to get a feel for as many different types of playstyles as possible.

Pheardemons, I feel like my list is much faster, and I'm still working to increase consistency, but there are reasons to play a higher cmc version like yours as well. There are a lot of decks in modern that simply scoop to a turn 1, 2 or even sometimes turn 3 Blood Moon, which my version takes as advantage. The version you're playing attempts to grind out games and finish with either koth ult, or Wurmcoil Engine, where mine tries to beat in while the opponent can't play magic in the early game.

Thanks for the feedback man! My thought was some decks don't lose to Blood Moon and what is the win condition when Blood Moon fails? I liked the list with Wurmcoil Engines just because that card truly is a powerhouse. Stormbreath Dragon is just quick speed and pro-white in a format that Path to Exile is relevant. I'm looking around for other variations just to see what can be improved upon for my deck. Again thanks for the information and happy Blood Mooning in modern!

I would put in Blood Moon over Magus of the Moon any day of the week.

Any reason you haven't changed Chandra, Pyromaster to Chandra, Torch of Defiance? In my Skred deck I made the switch and I would say it is definitely worth it. The versitility of her abilities makes the downside of not being able to get lands worthwhile.
Does Pyroclasm do it for you? I switched to Anger of the Gods as the exiling has come into handy more than I can count. the two damage definitely become worthwhile against tokens, but naya aggro (mainly consisting of Kird Ape, Loam Lion, Wild Nacatl, ect), abzan company decks (they play Eternal Witness so exiling is relevant there), and all of those types of decks Anger of the Gods has been very helpful. Maybe something to consider as well.
Lastly, has Goblin Dark-Dwellers performed well? It seems somewhat out of place here. It may be nice to get some of your removal spells back, but is it worthwhile for five mana? Potentially that could be more Chandras or another win condition (Stormbreath Dragon, Thundermaw Hellkite, Wurmcoil Engine, ect). Just curious as to whether or not it is worthwhile in this kind of deck.

pauginxz, I played against uw fish, gr tron, anafenza's company and affinity. I won againt tron in 2, but lost against everything else in 3. I misplayed against fish and could have won, but I just drew poorly against affinity and company. Playing this deck, I've come to realize that it has a subpar game 1, but games 2 and 3 give you a very large edge on your opponent, allowing you to side in generally 4-5 cards that give you an advantage.
