THE LANDS

Creeping Tar Pit: One of the best man lands out there and is in our colors. Also one of our finishers if we can't get a Tezz or Batterskull out there.

Mutavault: Underrated modern card. We are only playing two colors and we have mana rocks so we can afford cards like Mutavault.

River of Tears : Great for Thoughtseize or IoK turn one but not as good when we have Serum Visions. Really more of a land that can come into play untapped late game that can taps for a color. Remember, you can tap for a blue then play a land if you need to.

Darksteel Citadel: Main finisher. Use Tezz to turn it into a 5/5 indestructible and just get the beats going.

Everything else is pretty standard.

THE ARTIFACTS

Batterskull: Great game 1 as a source of lifegain and something that is generally hard to kill. Try not to run it out as soon as you can unless you are desperate.

Engineered Explosives: Hits a lot of stuff, potential 5/5, fucks with Twin, hold back Lingering Souls, and much more.

Dimir Signet , Talisman of Dominance : The mana rocks. Help fix us, can get a turn 3 Damnation, pitch to thirst, 5/5, really ties the deck together.

THE INSTANTS

Doom Blade, Go for the Throat, Murderous Cut, Smother: All really just serve the purpose for spot removal. Rather have it spread out like this than to have 4 Smothers and go up against Grixis. If you know what your meta is at your lgs, pick spot removal you know will be most effective there.

Mana Leak, Spell Snare: We are playing blue.

Thirst for Knowledge : Lowkey one of the best cards in the deck. We can easily pitch one of our mana rocks depending on what we control, is instant, great against other control decks, and fuels delve.
