My chaos deck has gone through quite a number of revisions since its initial version, the largest of which is changing from izzet to jeskai. The description before included mention that it probably can't win - since I first created this deck, it has 'won' a number of times, but usually because it creates such a chaotic and/or complicated board-state that people just scoop rather than deal with it.
This is the most up-to-date version as of June 10, 2017.

Note: Despite seeming evidence to the contrary, and the fact that it absolutely SHOULD be, Shahrazad is not banned in EDH. WotC lists it on their ban list for Commander, but the EDH committee at mtgcommander.net does not.
