Gameplay:

1. Play Prismatic Omen (or cascade into it with Shardless Agent or Ardent Plea).
2. Play Last Stand or Bring to Light.
3. Play Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis, followed by Rishkar's Expertise to replenish and repeat.

Notes:

• If you somehow can't get a Prismatic Omen into play by turn 4-5, you could use Bring to Light to cast a Shardless Agent.
• The safest time to cast Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis is immediately after Last Stand, when you receive priority.
• If you plan to attack with Hogaak, do that first. Then if he dies, you may safely cast another Last Stand followed by another Hogaak.
• Don't use Rishkar's Expertise to cast Bring to Light (converge would be 0).
• Avoid casting Rishkar's Expertise unless you already have a Last Stand or Silundi Vision   in hand.
• If you need to choose between hard-casting Last Stand and Bring to Light, save Last Stand for later (maybe for use with Rishkar's Expertise).
• If you have 5+ lands in play and not many cards in hand, think twice before playing additional lands and reducing your hand size even further.
• You could cautiously keep casting Hogaak in order to exile cards you don't need anymore (like Ardent Plea).
