WIP - please note that this deck is semi budget

I saw Leovold, Emissary of Trest and thought I would give it a go.

The card is great enough in itself, and with a little support and Timetwister-effects like Day's Undoing, Wheel and Deal, Windfall, Teferi's Puzzle Box and such it will be a great nuisance for opposing players.
